Once we have an agreement, we bill you for the first half. You can pay us through PayPal, or debit/credit card. Oh, and the payment is non-refundable.
You will receive the first draft of your design which may be a sketch or digital proposal depending on what items you have ordered. After approval of the draft, we will continue along the same lines.
After approval of the final design, we will send over the bill for the second half of the payment which can be paid by using available payment modules. Once it is approved, we will send you the final files in a high resolution.
Once we’ve received your payment, we will deliver you the final files through a link or a folder containing all the items you ordered. We will ensure that the files are sized according to the streaming platform you need to upload them on.
We do both. If you want us to custom-create a brand vibe for you, we’d love to do that. But just in case you are in a hurry or tight on the budget, then you can choose from our existing library of overlays, badges, and emotes.
